Is our planet dying out or is it simply a joke? Are we running out of renewable resources or are we being lied to by those in charge? Is the answer for us all to begin living a greener way of life? Will change better our well-being at a time when health costs are increasing? It is time for the children of the world to be learned in earth friendly ways of preserving the earth.
Previous generations cultivated their own food and delighted in tending to their gardens. The pleasure of the garden, seeing it bloom and producing fruits and vegetables is something many kids do not experience. Education is the key and teaching our young ones how, for example, a green plant creates oxygen from carbon dioxide. For optimal health, the body requires oxygen to breathe, fresh water to drink, and healthy food to eat. Returning to green living could reverse a lot of the injury that has been imposed on the planet.
Some of the advancements in technology have made life less complicated, but at what cost? Our average lifespan may be rising but what about the quality of our lives? New health concerns arise from modern living even if other conditions have been wiped out. The environment’s health can be made better and we can enjoy better lives if we move towards earth friendly lifestyles. Children, who are earth’s future, will need to learn why greener lifestyles are essential.
Wind power and solar power can replace our overwhelming dependence on coal and oil, and go a long way towards cleaning up the polluted atmosphere. The changes need to be done now before it is too late. Do we genuinely want to ruin the earth? To watch the earth become totally polluted seems to make no sense. At what point is the air too polluted, and the water excessively polluted, and the food sources too polluted that things cannot be reversed.
There was a time when the earth moved at a slower pace and people were important for more than just what they were going to buy. It was crucial to keep people healthy rather than make big bucks off of their sicknesses. We need to be cognizant of the wellness of our environment, shift our pace of life and help to make the world better for everyone.
If we realize that it is not simply about money, we can begin to make alterations such as using wind and solar power instead of oil. More natural lifestyles, reduced waste and living healthily, these are all things we can teach our children. For the sake of our children, we need to realize what we need to do, so that they have a future on this planet. Acquiring green living habits should be a priority for each of us.
